Prices
The prices of products and services, as well as transport costs, are always kept up to date with the greatest care.
For private customers with larger order quantities and corporate customers we recommend contacting us in advance. An employee will be happy to make you an offer.
Shipment
For the products offered on trendfliesen.com, we offer curbside shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Switzerland, as well as the rest of Europe on request. Within the EU, shipping is always according to Incoterms® 2020 DAP, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
The shipment is carried out by a forwarding agency specializing in tile deliveries, which carries out the delivery with a lifting platform truck.
Delivery time
Information on the delivery time can be found on the respective product page. We generally deliver within 10-30 working days (deliverable at short notice), subject to goods in stock at the manufacturer or timely delivery to ourselves.
If the goods are ready for dispatch faster than anticipated, delivery can also take place before the 10th working day.
Shipping-cost
The shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery zone, weight, type of packaging and order volume.
The prices for calculating the shipping costs are constantly updated by us depending on discounts or any fuel surcharges that may be incurred.
To do this, fill the shopping cart with the desired quantity of products, enter the delivery postal code and the delivery country and have the effective transport costs calculated automatically.
If your country to which the goods are to be delivered cannot be selected or does not appear, we ask you to contact us and an employee will make you a personal offer.
Exceptions to delivery zones
Islands and enclaves of the countries are generally (also in the shopping cart) excluded from the specified transport costs. We would be happy to make you an individual offer for the delivery of tiles.
Shipment and delivery
Delivery address:
Generally, it is the customer's responsibility to specify the correct delivery address when ordering and to ensure that it can be reached by a truck (with a total weight of 7.5-12 tons) and that unloading using a lifting platform and manually operated pallet truck is possible at the specified delivery address .
The ordered goods are delivered to the specified delivery address or billing address (if identical), which was specified when the order was placed. Up to the start of delivery, changes to the delivery address are only possible to a limited extent and also require written confirmation on our part.
Any desired dates or fixed dates deliveries, for logistical reasons, are only possible in individual cases and after consultation with our team before placing the order. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for these services.
Deliveries are generally made on working days from Monday to Friday.
The unloading by the forwarding agent takes place free curbside.
If the status of your order changes, you will be informed continuously (processing, delivery, forwarding tracking)
Acceptance of the delivery - Important!
Upon receipt, check the goods for integrity and completeness. In the event of damage to the packaging and goods, accept the delivery only with reservations and note this on the freight forwarder's consignment note. Inform us immediately. Complaints about transport damage after 1-2 days cannot be asserted as such.
Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted if a contract for the delivery of several goods has been concluded and it is possible and reasonable for the customer to use the respective goods individually according to their purpose, given the circumstances discernible to us at the time the contract was concluded.
Impossibility of fulfilling the delivery obligation
Unforeseeable extraordinary events such as labor disputes, official measures, traffic disruptions or other cases of force majeure release us from our delivery obligation for the duration of the effects or in the event of impossibility.
If we are unable to meet the specified delivery time for reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. non-availability of the goods ordered), we will inform the customer of this immediately and at the same time determine a new reasonable delivery time. If the ordered goods are also not available within this new delivery period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already provided by the customer will be refunded to the customer immediately.
Collection
Collection from branches is not possible due to tax regulations. Collections from the delivery warehouses of the freight forwarders are also generally not possible due to insurance concerns.
Packaging returns
The packaging of the goods ordered can be returned to our branches free of charge. If the customer does not make use of this offer, he is obliged to dispose of the packaging himself at his own expense.
Payment
Payment in advance / bank transfer
If you pay in advance / with bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details, order amount (in EUR) and order number. Please state this as reference when making the transfer.
Credit card or debit card
Choose this payment method and you can use your American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card to pay. By paying online the order gets marked automatically as paid and can be processed faster. Payments by credit card are processed via UNZER-Payments.
Apple Pay
In addition to paying by credit card, you can also pay directly with Apple Pay instead of entering your credit card details. This payment method is also processed via UNZER Payments.
PayPal
At the end of the ordering process, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal to complete the payment of the order. Here you can either pay the full amount immediately with Pay Now or, if PayPal offers you the option, make the payment at a later date with Pay Later, or pay off the order amount in several smaller installments with PayPal installment purchase.
In general, transaction fees apply to PayPal. For smaller orders, we will bear these without you incurring any additional charges. For larger orders, we reserve the right to charge transaction fees of around 1.6%. If this is the case, these will of course be displayed before the purchase is completed.

ith Klarna installments you pay for your orders step by step and at your desired pace. You decide how much you want to pay each month.
